Our leaders
The team leaders of Carolina Family Church are people who meet Biblical requirements for leadership and whose values align with the church. Their goal is to create environments that serve our church family and allow team members to reach their full ministry potential. If you are interested in joining a team, they would love to help you!
Jon Allen
lead pastor
Jon is a native of New York, and after meeting his wife, Jess, at Grove City College, they moved to Salisbury in 2003. They have served in ministry with several different churches in the Carolinas, but Salisbury has always been their home. Along with their three kids and an incredible Launch Team, they started Carolina Family Church in the spring of 2017. Pastor Jon is a learner at heart, and his primary pastoral ministry is teaching. When he's not doing church work, you will probably find him at home with his family, working on a project in his shop, restoring a guitar, screaming at a Bills game, or downing his own weight in chicken wings.

Elders
The Elders of Carolina Family Church are responsible for the spiritual growth and development of the congregation. They oversee our discipleship ministries, teaching, groups, and help navigate spiritual issues that may arise within the church. We select Elders by identifying the people within our church that are taking initiative to lead others on the path of discipleship and that meet the Biblical guidelines.
