Ministry Leaders

The team leaders of Carolina Family Church are people who meet Biblical requirements for leadership and whose values align with the church. Their goal is to create environments that serve our church family and allow team members to reach their full ministry potential. If you are interested in joining a team, they would love to help you!

Elders

The Elders of Carolina Family Church are responsible for the spiritual growth and development of the congregation. They oversee our discipleship ministries, teaching, groups, and help navigate spiritual issues that may arise within the church. We select Elders by identifying the people within our church that are taking initiative to lead others on the path of discipleship and that meet the Biblical guidelines.

Trustees

The Trustees of Carolina Family Church are responsible for managing the financial and administrative matters of the church. They ensure that the church is stewarding its resources to maximum capacity as it pursues its mission and vision.

We are an ARC Church.

The ARC (Association of Related Churches) is not a denomination, but an association of diverse relational churches working with church planters and church leaders to provide support, guidance and resources to launch and grow life-giving churches. Not only did ARC provide financial and experiential help to get our church started, but they keep us connected to a large network of churches across the world that are doing ministry together generously. We are better together and ARC gives us the opportunity to create meaningful partnerships in pursuing our mission.
